Cookies and login sessions

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and keep your session secure. These essential cookies are needed for the login and booking features to work.

We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but if you block essential cookies you will not be able to log in.

Security and retention

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, access limited to staff who need it, and regular software updates. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Account information is kept while your account is active. Invoices and financial records are kept for the period required by tax law (generally six years in Canada). When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

You can ask us to close your account and delete your information at any time. We will do so unless we are required to keep certain records by law.

  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Withdraw your consent, as described above
  • Ask us to close your account and delete your information

Most profile details can be updated directly from your account page. For anything else, send a written request to our Privacy Officer. We will respond within 45 days, as required by PIPA, and may need to verify your identity first.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your concern, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Our accounts and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will notify account holders by email or a notice when you log in.
