Everything a booking page needs, already included
Drop one shortcode on any page and visitors can pick a date, choose a time and book. You get the booking, they get a confirmation, and both calendars stay in step.
Calendar and time picker
Embed it anywhere with [appointment_booking]. Customers see only the times you have open, with your logo or banner on top.
Your hours, your rules
Set weekly hours per day, slot length, buffer time between appointments, minimum notice and how far ahead people can book.
Block time off easily
Close single days, whole date ranges like a shutdown week, or individual time slots. One switch blocks every Canadian statutory holiday.
Google Calendar sync
Connect your Google account and every booking lands on your calendar, updated when it is rescheduled and removed when it is cancelled.
Apple Calendar sync
Prefer iCloud? Connect with an app-specific password and bookings sync there too. Customers also get an Add to Calendar link that works with Apple, Outlook and others.
Automatic email notifications
Customer and admin are emailed on every booking, change and cancellation, each with direct Change and Cancel links.
Customers manage themselves
People reschedule or cancel from the confirmation screen, their email, or a Manage Appointment page. Fewer phone calls for you.
Ask for what you need
Add your own form questions: short text, long text, dropdown, multiple choice, checkbox, number or date. Mark each optional or required.
On-site or remote
Customers choose service type and describe what the visit is for, so you arrive prepared.
Members-only booking, in one setting
Keep your calendar for the people it is meant for. Require login and send everyone else to a page of your choice, or limit booking to specific user roles.
- Require login, with a custom redirect for visitors who are not signed in
- Limit booking by user role, site-wide or per page with roles=”client”
- Restrictions are enforced by the server, not just hidden on the page
- A typo in a role locks the form to admins instead of opening it to everyone
- Send people to a thank-you page automatically after they cancel
12 themes plus your own colors
Pick a look in one click and see a live preview before you save, or set your own colors to match your brand. Light and dark themes are included, and the text stays readable on every one.
- 12 ready-made themes, including dark and high-contrast options
- Custom accent, background and text colors with live preview
- Built to keep its own colors so your site theme cannot make buttons invisible
- Works on phones, tablets and desktops
A simple dashboard you will actually use
All appointments in one list
Newest bookings first, with a month filter and the option to flip the sort.
Edit, reschedule, delete
Change any booking, including custom-field answers, and choose whether to resend the emails.
Bulk clean-up
Tick several appointments and delete them together, with optional cancellation emails.

Competitor prices are published list or sale prices as reported in October 2026 and change often, so check each vendor before you decide. Our price does not depend on how many staff members or services you have.
Booking plus invoicing, working together
Need to get paid before the appointment? Ask us about our Invoice Management and Booking integration. Clients book online, and you choose whether to collect a deposit up front so a booking is only confirmed once it is secured.
- Clients book online through your calendar
- Optional deposits taken up front for confirmed bookings
- Invoices created and tracked in one place with our Invoice Manager
- Fewer no-shows and less chasing of payments
- Set up for you by the team that built both
Frequently asked
Do I need Google or Apple Calendar?
No. Both are optional. Bookings, availability and email notifications all work on their own. Connect either one, or both, if you want bookings to appear on your calendar.
Will the customer get two invitations?
Apple Calendar events are created without guests, so Apple never sends a second invitation on top of our own confirmation email.
What happens if I stop paying on the monthly plan?
You can cancel at any time. Once payments reach the $560 cap you own the plugin for life. If you cancel before that, the plugin is deactivated.
Can I block holidays and days off?
Yes. Block single dates, ranges or individual time slots, and switch on one option to block all Canadian statutory holidays automatically.
Can I limit booking to my clients only?
Yes. Require login, or restrict booking to specific user roles, either for the whole site or for a single page.
Can clients pay a deposit when they book?
The booking calendar on its own does not take payments. Ask us about our Invoice Management and Booking integration, which adds optional deposits for confirmed bookings.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. Ask for a live demonstration and we will show you how it works and get it installed on your site.
See it working on your own site
Ask for a live demonstration. We are a small, family-run company in Red Deer, Alberta, and we will walk you through it personally.
