Manage every WordPress user from one screen.
Razenet User Manager shows you who just signed up, lets you change roles, disable or delete accounts in one click, and tells you the last IP address each user logged in from. No upgrades, no catch.
Why free?
Because we can.
- No “Pro” version
- No locked features
- No license key or sign-up
- No ads or nag screens
- No user limits
- Doesn’t phone home
The Users screen WordPress should have had.
Find it under Users → User Manager. Every feature below is in the free download.

Recent registrations get their own highlighted section, so new accounts never get buried.
- Choose how many days count as “new”
- “Mark all as seen” clears the list, with Undo
- Each admin keeps their own seen list

- Filter by role, including users with no role

- Also blocks app passwords and REST API logins
- Nothing is deleted, so it’s fully reversible
- Shows when each account was disabled
Quick & bulk delete
Delete one account with the trash icon, or tick a few (or all) and delete them together. Spam sign-ups, gone.
- Choose who gets their posts and pages, or delete them too
- Clear confirmation before anything is removed

Frequently asked
Is it really 100% free?
Yes. Every feature on this page is in the free download, with no paid upgrade, no trial and no limit on the number of users or sites.
Why are existing users showing “Not recorded yet” for their IP?
WordPress doesn’t store login IPs on its own, so the plugin starts recording from the moment you activate it. Each user’s IP and login time appear after their next login.
Every user shows the same IP address. Why?
Your site is probably behind Cloudflare or a proxy. Open Settings at the bottom of the User Manager page and choose where to read the visitor’s IP from.
What does a disabled user see?
They’re signed out straight away. If they try to log in, they see a message asking them to contact the site administrator. Turn them back on with the same switch and everything is exactly as it was.
What happens to a deleted user’s posts?
If they own any content, you choose before deleting: hand it all to another user, or delete it along with the account.
Will it slow down my website?
No. It only runs its screens inside your WordPress dashboard. On the public side, it just notes the time and IP when someone logs in.
