Acceptance of Estimate
Submission of approval for this estimate constitutes your agreement to the pricing, scope of work, and terms outlined herein. All services and products included in this estimate are subject to availability and may be adjusted if stock is limited.

Scope of Work
By accepting this estimate, you authorize us to perform all listed services and provide all specified products to completion. Any additional services or products requested by you, or deemed necessary to complete the project, will be communicated for approval prior to invoicing.

Changes and Additional Charges
Any modifications to the original scope of work must be approved in writing. Additional labor, materials, or products resulting from these changes will be invoiced accordingly.

Payment Terms
Upon acceptance of this estimate, you agree to remit payment in full according to the monthly billing cycle or schedule outlined above. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may be subject to applicable fees.

Estimate Validity
This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise noted. Pricing and availability may change after the validity period.

Cancellations
Cancellation of services after acceptance may result in charges for work already completed, materials ordered, or restocking fees, where applicable.

Liability and Warranty
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by unforeseen conditions, acts of nature, or factors outside our control. Product warranties, if applicable, are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. Service warranties will be provided as outlined in the final contract or invoice.

Approval
Acceptance of this estimate indicates acknowledgement and agreement to all terms and conditions listed above.
