    • Configuration of TrueNAS Operating System ( ZFS config with 2 Drives as fail safes ) ( Mirrior of M.2s for Operating System )
    • Optional: ( Transitioning data for iCloud, Google or OneDrive – doing Data requests and importing data to App services on the NAS )
    • Installation & Configuration of Self-hosted apps ( time can vary with this depending on which apps are being setup )
    • App recommendation for your business Seafile with Open Office integrations to replace OneDrive and Immich for Photo and Video management.
    • Many other App self-hosted services are available with this setup and can be installed at a later time.

    For access to Apps and services:: Option 1. Installation & Configuration of Tailscale for secure VPN access to services from anywhere

    For access to Apps and services:: Option 2. Configuration of your website for subdomain & port forwarding for public access, still secured with app service account management, just easier to access for everyone (less setup for client side, trade off not as secure)

    Labour pricing will be based on a discounted hourly rate with a max of 10 hours for core completion. Delays such as defective hardware that may need to be exchanged will not apply to these hours. If further App services are requested outside of this scope we can discuss additional hours. Other addon app services can be requested at later times.

    The “Optional” section is where time can build up quickly as data exporting and importing isn’t always straight forward. Configuring service Apps can also build up time (setting up user accounts, both server and client side and connecting both ends)

    I do not offer any additional warranty on parts outside of the manufactures warranty, addition warranty can be purchased from sellers on request before parts are ordered.

Changes and Additional Charges
Any modifications to the original scope of work must be approved in writing. Additional labor, materials, or products resulting from these changes will be invoiced accordingly.

Payment Terms
Upon acceptance of this estimate, you agree to remit payment in full according to the monthly billing cycle or schedule outlined above. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may be subject to applicable fees.

Estimate Validity
This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise noted. Pricing and availability may change after the validity period.

Cancellations
Cancellation of services after acceptance may result in charges for work already completed, materials ordered, or restocking fees, where applicable.

Liability and Warranty
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by unforeseen conditions, acts of nature, or factors outside our control. Product warranties, if applicable, are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. Service warranties will be provided as outlined in the final contract or invoice.
